Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") is a part of our Terms of Service and outlines the process for cancelling your project and requesting a refund for our software building services.

Cancellation

You may cancel your project at any time by contacting our project manager. If you cancel your project, you will not be charged for any future work, and you will be eligible for a refund for the work already completed, as outlined in this policy.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund for the work completed up to that point. The refund amount will be based on the percentage of work completed, as determined by our project manager. If less than 25% of the project has been completed, you will be eligible for a full refund. If 25-50% of the project has been completed, you will be eligible for a 75% refund. If 50-75% of the project has been completed, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. If more than 75% of the project has been completed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our project manager and provide your project details and reason for requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this Policy. If your request is approved, we will process the refund and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
